Meghan Crowley, Executive Clinical Director / Owner
MSEd, BCBA, LABA, IBA, CABA Board Member
Meghan is a Neurodivergent Clinician who believes that teaching to people’s strengths is what truly builds confidence.
After completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Developmental Disabilities, Meghan completed her Master’s Degree in Severe Special Education with teaching licensure in 2013, and continued her education in ABA at Endicott College. Meghan received her Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) in 2013 and is a licensed Behavior Analyst.
Meghan is a board member of Caribbean Association for Behaviour Analysis, and has served as a Member of the Clinical Review Board at numerous agencies. She is a certified Special Education teacher in the U.S. Virgin Islands and was a Special Education Teacher at Pearl B. Larsen School. Meghan assisted in developing the first adult ABA program on St. Croix.
With over 14 years of experience working with autistic children, teens and adults, Meghan looks forward to continuing to provide ABA services to children, adults, and families within the territory and disseminate values based services.
Molly Shireman, Clinical Director
M.A., BCBA
Molly first fell in love with behavior analysis as an undergraduate student at the University of Kansas and has now been a BCBA for over 10 years. She has worked across clinic, school, and university settings and especially enjoys mentoring staff, collaborating with families, and helping create more opportunities for children and caregivers. Molly values the collaborative, supportive energy at TBS and enjoys being part of a community that is growing together. Outside of TBS, she enjoys trail running and taking on new outdoor challenges.
Kevin Moloney, Director of School Services
MSEd, BCBA
Kevin brings a unique blend of special education, ABA, and school-based experience to his role as Director of School Services. A former Air Force Firefighter, Kevin found his second career in education and behavior analysis and has served students across several St. Croix public schools. His work is rooted in relationships, and he loves partnering with families, teachers, and school teams to help children experience success and reach goals they once only dreamed of. Kevin is proud to be part of TBS’s team atmosphere, where growth happens daily for learners, families, and staff. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys reading, learning, travel, exercise, music, and sports.
Aaron Check, Director of Upper School Services
Ph.D., BCBA
Aaron brings 17 years of experience in behavior analysis, with a background spanning early intervention, home, clinic, school, and adult residential settings. As Director of Upper School Services, he is especially focused on supporting clients as they build communication, functional life skills, self-determination, and greater independence on the path toward adulthood. Aaron values TBS’s calm, patient, and compassionate culture and finds it deeply rewarding to be part of the meaningful progress happening each day. Outside of work, he is slowly learning to play the ukulele.
Jarrett Ring, BCBA
M.S., BCBA, LABA, LBA
Jarrett is a BCBA specializing in early intervention, with a strong passion for verbal behavior, communication skills, and learning through play. He has been a BCBA for five years and spent the previous 10 years as a therapist and RBT, supporting children in school classrooms and home-based ABA therapy. Jarrett loves partnering with families, watching children’s communication grow, and seeing their personalities emerge as they build social relationships and enjoy the world around them. He values the close-knit, family atmosphere at TBS, where shared joy and laughter carry over into the work with children each day. Before beginning his career in special education, Jarrett was a professional musician who played synthesizers in an instrumental metal band.
Emily Phipps, BCBA
M.S., BCBA, LBA-VA
Emily began her ABA career in 2015 as a Behavior Technician and now supports students in classroom settings as a school-based BCBA. She brings experience working with students and families across California, South Carolina, Idaho, and the Virgin Islands, and is passionate about helping learners build independence, meaningful relationships, and a higher quality of life. Emily values TBS’s commitment to high-quality services, advocacy, cultural humility, and fun. Outside of work, she enjoys indoor and outdoor rock climbing.
